At this point on the trip it became impossible to monopolize
even one single window on the entire train, and out of courtesy,
who would want to? Every single person with a camera
wanted to be at the window to take photos, and there were
many people who just wanted to look.
Meet Ray and Adel Missey from Norwalk, Ohio. Ray
is in the trucking business. They celebrated their
50th anniversary in 2003. Adel and I shared a space
between the lounge car off and on during the morning, taking
photos and talking. I would not have gotten one of
the tunnel shots on a previous page had she not spotted
the tunnel coming up and called me to the window.
I sure hope they send me some pictures, also. |
